pizzeria uno

The Chicago classic on the right is outstanding. The chicken fajita one, not so much.

trail of dead

Drew convinced me to go to the AYWKUBTTOD* show at the Annex last night. It was loud and rocking and much fun, moreso than their Source Tags & Codes release. The main craziness was the bass player swinging his instrument like a bat, breaking it and other equipment.

Someone with my name has unclaimed property being held by the State of Wisconsin. I received a claim form which shows the account ($50.40!) was not mine.

remarkable

Both commutes today were about 18 minutes. OH, yeah.

Speaking of work, the monthly staff meeting was today. Employees gather in one of five locations with video carrying the presentations. The topics are inspiring, personal and/or mundane, instilling a sense of connectedness.

the beltline

I was going to make a photo of today's traffic jam but I didn't get stuck. On the way home I took a route that doesn't use the Beltline. Rock out!

Orientation has been easy.....mostly overviews, demos and finding out who prefers video games over bowling.

SBC set up my home phone today just like they said they would.

Work was a lot of introductory stuff. Training will take three months and should be fun.
