6 days ago: we agreed on a price.
4 days ago: the formal offer was accepted.
2 days ago: loan was approved, inspection done.
yesterday: appraisal completed, title work done, loan committed.
now: waiting on insurance, seller is to address three things found in the inspection.
In 6 days: closing.
